About the Event
On Sunday 3 September for the monthly Open Day, Mamo Tower in Marsascala will host members of the Historical Reenactment Group of Malta (HRGM).
Visit Mamo Tower and meet up with HRGM members, who will recreate the life of Maltese militiamen from the Congress Battalions of 1798 – 1800 during the French Blockade.
Learn about the Battalion setup from the period, see typical military activities they performed and find out the role they played in the insurrection.
